Qualität made in Germany

The overhaul of a tow release takes approx. 10 to 14 days. 

We will make your order ready for dispatch on the same day or the next working day, provided we have the ordered products in stock.

We can supply the suitable exchange release from stock in most cases. But we absolutely need to get back from you a tow release of the same type IN EXCHANGE to keep our exchange system alive. Kindly note that the service of an exchange release is slightly more expensive than the standard release overhaul.
We accept all major credit cards. When you pay in advance by bank transfer, you get3% discount (except for reconditioning of releases) You find a QR code on the Proforma invoice for an easy transfer.

Yes, collection of goods at our premises at Thalkirchner Straße 62 in Munich is possible by prior arrangement. Please contact us in advance so that we can prepare the goods for you.

TOST ships worldwide. Deliveries are made within Germany and Europe as well as to non-EU countries. For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs and import-related charges may apply.

Shipping costs depend on the weight and the destination. For shipments within Germany, costs are usually between €10.00 and €15.00.

Yes, unused goods can be returned. Please contact us before sending the goods back. Also ensure that the goods are well packed to prevent damage during transport. Issued FORM ONE certificates and other inspection certificates must be enclosed with the return shipment.

As the customer, you bear the cost of return shipping.

We ship parcels worldwide as standard via DHL, UPS, freight forwarding, or express shipment. If you have specific shipping requests, please inform us early in the ordering process so that we can take them into account.
